Shipping & Returns

Packages destined for Spain, Portugal and the Balearic Islands are sent through our courier agency. The estimated delivery time is 24-72h from the moment the order is placed.

For international shipments delivery time is 24/96 hours.

 

All shipping costs are free for Spain, Portugal and the Balearic Islands. Shipments to other destinations will cost a minimun of €10.

 

The customer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from their purchase from the date the goods are received.

 

There are different procedures for making exchanges and returns. Next, we will describe the characteristics of each of them, as well as their costs and conditions.

 

  1. Change: a change for the same product in another color and / or size is considered change.
  2. Return: due to a tare, defect, receipt of an erroneous product or another reason other than the above.
  3. Any change or refund may be made during a period of 14 days from receiving the order.

 

Due to the special characteristics of some products, the following must be taken into account:

  • All products to be exchanged or returned must have their original packaging, except for those that are defective.
  • Changes made for reasons attributed to Carmela Rosso (example: size / color error with respect to those requested in the order) will be assumed by Carmela Rosso. Changes or returns attributed to the buyer will be paid by the buyer.

 

For changes / returns at home, the period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

 

The garments must be with original labeling and in perfect condition: not used, not washed or fixed.

The return must accompany it, the corresponding delivery note.

The return or exchange will be free, if the same transport company is used, as for the initial delivery.

 

After the change or return notification, Carmela Rosso will pick up at the customer’s address.

Upon receipt of the return order, payment will be made to the customer’s account.
