The estimated delivery time is 24-72 hours from the moment the order is placed.\nFor international shipments, delivery time is 24\/96h.\n\n \nAll shipping costs are free for Spain, Portugal and Balearic Islands. Shipments to other points, will have a cost from 10\u20ac.\n \nThe customer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to cancel the purchase.\nThere are different procedures for exchanges and returns. The following is a description of the characteristics of each of them, as well as their costs and conditions.\n\na. Exchange: an exchange is considered to be the substitution of the same product in another color and\/or size.\nb. Return: due to a tare, defect, receipt of an incorrect product or any other reason other than the above.\nc. Any exchange or return can be made during a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order.\n\nDue to the special characteristics of certain products, the following must be taken into account:\n&#8211; All products to be exchanged or returned must be in their original packaging, except for those that are defective or defective.\n&#8211; Changes made for reasons attributed to Carmela Rosso (e.g.: error in size\/color with respect to those requested in the order) will be assumed by Carmela Rosso.
